So naturally when the Sun came up yesterday, completely uninhibited, I was determined to get at least 15 minutes in. Which I was able to accomplish, no prob. I did, however, do them much later in the 'hour window' and lemme tell ya, it was intense! I have been catching the Sunrise literally as it comes up in my city so the amount of Sun or the quality, per se, has been quite different. I haven't been up to 35 min. from the start, so the type of Sunlight was really awesome.
I will say that the 'solar smudge' in my vision lasted all day. We had no sun at all this a.m. so I wasn't able to see if it would dissipate after another session. It's gone now. But I am definitely noticing the difference between getting 20 plus minutes in consistently, and going two weeks without any! I will say again that I wish that I had started this in the Spring...if only. Well regardless, I look forward to it everyday, and hopefully we will have some consistently sunny weather this month so I can continue to reap the benefits! :)
Ps. Dear October,
My dogs have gotten out 4 times in the last 7 days after being properly detained for 6 weeks. Can I PLEASE have another 6 weeks peace-of-mind?
Cheers ~ Elle
